The Sparta Education Foundation (SEF) will be holding a fundraising cornhole tournament this Sunday, June 6th. The success of this event is dependent on volunteer support from our community and SBS is helping to spread the word. Volunteers are needed throughout the day on Sunday for various roles as outlined below. Also below is a button to the signup form if you are interested in volunteering.

The SEF does a tremendous amount for our schools so let's come out to support them in their first fundraising event in well over a year!

Volunteer Responsibilities:

-Set up and take down tables, chairs, tents, banners

-Tent city set up and roaming

-Parking and traffic control

-General site “policing”

-Registration desk

-Runners for teams

-Competition management ... making score calls

-Assist photographer

-Selling food and drinks

Volunteer times:

- Set up: 8-10:00am

-Registration / Parking / Selling 50/50 Tickets: 9:00-11:00am

-Shift 1: 10:30-12:30pm

-Shift 2: 11:30-1:30pm

-Shift 3: 1:30-3:30pm

-Take Down: 2:30-4:00pm
